Dear Fullbridge Friends:
Many thanks for your continued prayerful interest in our service for the Lord here in Dublin.
Colin had a short break in Chelmsford, England, to spend time with his mother as Roger & family were away was an enjoyable time. He is now back in Dublin, and ready to resume our activities. We were encouraged this morning as Colin was speaking in the Assembly on the resurrection theme. It was great seeing a lady along who is not a believer, and we trust she was challenged by the message. A number spoke as they left of the help the message was to them.
During these next few days, it will still be the Easter holidays over here, so there will be time for some relaxation, before our activities run into full swing again.
For 6 Sunday evenings from 15th April (except 6th May), there will be another series of Sunday evening Bible Studies in the Assembly. The theme is a follow on to the Resurrection of Jesus. We pray that a number of people will accept the invitation to come, including those who have been previously, who are not members of the Assembly. We trust also that a few more from within the Assembly will also come. Please pray that the discussions around the tables will be stimulating to those who come.
Commencing on Monday 16th April will be the final series of ‘Bible Explorer’ lessons for the current School year. These classes will run for 5 weeks. The Principal in 1 School (2 classes) will confirm to Colin after a Board of Meeting on 17th April, whether his School will be open this year for this programme. In addition to this School there will be 8 other classes each week. When Colin was leaving in material for the lessons prior to Easter, a number of children who saw Colin in the School were pleased he is coming back. Also there were a number of teachers who were pleased Colin was coming into their classroom.
Also the same week, the ladies work will be resuming as well, and Rosemary is looking forward to once again being involved among the ladies.
On St Patrick’s night back on 17th March, when we had a fellowship evening in the Assembly, Stephen became very unwell. An ambulance took him to Hospital, and after tests was allowed home that evening. During the next week, Stephen had further tests and he was diagnosed with an ulcer. He is currently being treated for this, and has also changed his diet. Stephen was off work for 1 week. Rosemary is very much over her severe asthma attack back in mid February.
We do appreciate your continued prayerful interest. Trust there is much to encourage in your area as well.
Yours in Him,
Colin & Rosemary
